Enrollment Process

Call the School Office at (419)898-3888 and request an enrollment packet.
Review Enrollment Packet information and complete the Application for Enrollment form. Once completed, mail form to:  PO Box 69; Oak Harbor, OH 43449
Once application is processed, a formal interview will be scheduled. A letter of acceptance or rejection will be issued within 7 days of interview.

If accepted, complete all other requested registration forms and submit to school office with $100 registration fee.
Acquire invoice and submit payment before June 30 or within one week of acceptance if enrolling after the June 30 deadline.
